The success of any company in the digital world, whether it is a startup or a large company, is linked to the ability to quickly launch products, pivot a strategy, add features, and meet customer’s needs while maintaining all the security required.

Our goal is to show the world Brazil’s tech potential by creating technology that supports our customers in their best strategies.

Inspired by all the new ways of working and the need for efficiency, we created StackSpot.

An Enterprise Developer Platform that streamlines complex development environments, ensuring greater efficiency, security and reliability in building technology that impacts the business.

We are very proud of our achievements during these past eleven years.

We have doubled our size every year since 2011 with a lot of work and dedication.

2023

• February - Finalist in LinkedIn's Talent Awards, as one of the best Brazilian companies in Talent Acquisition, in the Talent Insights category!
• May - We received two awards, one in Visual Law and the other in Legal Operation, at the Future Law Awards 2023. StackSpot International Official Launch at Gartner’s Application Innovation & Business Solutions Summit in Las Vegas.
• July - Our legal team was recognized for the second time by the Brazilian Association of Lawtechs and Legaltechs (AB2L) in the "Legal Departments 4.0" awards for innovation, people management, efficiency and partnership with all business areas.
• August - Award from Think Work Flash Innovations as the most innovative HR highlight for a set of 4 projects: Onboarding, Communities, CAZ (Zupper Call Center) and ErgonoZup.
• September: StackSpot AI Alpha Launch - our hyper-contextualized code assistant was released to the world.

2022

• April - Our in-house product, LivePass, received the national innovation award in identity and access management (IAM) systems at the IAM Tech Day
• June - We did our 1st ZupCon after the pandemic, more than 2,000 zuppers in person at our conference
• July - Launch of the ZCoders acceleration program for iOS developers
• September - Launch of the Estrelas Aprendiz training program, focused on black women.

2021

• March - Celebrations for Zup's 10th anniversary
• Implementation of a startup acceleration program, Mentoring+10
• August - Launch of paternity leave of up to 90 days
• We reached the mark of +3000 zuppers.

2020

• Launch of four open source products – RitchieCLI, CharlesCD, Beagle, and Horusec
• Launch of the program Catalisa, which is aimed at people with disabilities
• Revelo Awards finalist in the Best Selection Process category
• Zuppers can work wherever they want to (#Freedom)
• Scale-up company that excelled in Diversity and Inclusion, recognized by Endeavor
• Launch of Orange Talents, the largest hiring program for junior professionals in Zup's history
• Launch of Zup’s current identity
• Reached more than 2,000 zuppers.

2019

• LinkedIn's Talent Awards finalist for the second consecutive year
• Launch of Estrelas Fora da Caixa program, which teaches programming for people in social vulnerability
• Acquired by Itaú
• Reached more than 1,000 zuppers.

2018

• Launch of new products – Cora and Orchestrator
• LinkedIn's Talent Awards finalist as one of the best Brazilian companies in talent acquisition
• Reached more than 600 zuppers.

2017

• Microservices marketplace
• Growth consultancy services
• Expansion to Joinville and Belo Horizonte
• Launch of Santander Way, one of the largest digital cases in the Brazilian banking segment
• Sebrae Award for most innovative company in Minas Gerais
• Reached 500 zuppers.

2016

• Launch of a new product – Real Wave
• Worldwide pioneer with the 100% digital telecom project – Vivo Easy
• Start of operations in São Paulo with an office at Cubo Itaú
• Received the seal of Gartner Cool Vendor
• Reached more than 200 zuppers.

2015

• First Open Banking in the Americas
• Our four founders were recognized as Endeavor Entrepreneurs
• Reached more than 90 zuppers.

2014

• Launch of the API MANAGER – our second product
• Launch of the second Zup logo.

2013

• Consulting B2B + product
• Most innovative IT project of the year

2012

• 1 Click Buy Project in partnership with Buscapé
• Creation of the Protocol Recorder – our first product.

2011
